Really thought provoking training linking preparation to conducting appraisal communication active listening and reflection
This training gave me a greater appreciation of how effective appraisals can support staff development, improve communication and accountability, and help staff feel valued and supported in their role. I now feel better equipped to approach future appraisals in a structured, fair and positive way.

german translation of some test questions is not very good, esp. SMART KPIs is translated into schlau but clever and schlau is almost same meaning……clever is even more smart…

short and informative.
due to my job the shorter coarse works well with myself and being able to come off and back on is a big advantage to myself .
