This training module was quick and easy but at the same time gave me a good understanding on how to conduct my Appraisals.
It was an ok overview
It wasn't very in depth! Probably better suited to someone who had never completed employee appraisals before. Rather than give more knowledge, practical support to those already doing them.

Very good course with some good pointers
Very good course with some good advice and pointers. I felt the questions at the end could have been better however and would have been better to have had a presentation in addition to the notes. Ideally this course would have role play example of an appraisal in progress
