A very good course as conflict can be a common occurrence in the workplace and is often ignored. Very good and well explained of how situations should be handled

Good concise and meaningful course

A good meaningful course, highly beneficial in it's concise nature. This is the length of course best suited to on line learning in the workplace.

The course was very broad.

Many new things were learnt through the course.

Useful techniques, but would also be good to focus on customers

Useful techniques to remember when dealing with conflict, but it would also be useful to cover dealing with a customer with conflict, and aggression on the phone / in person with customers.
