I found it very useful and most importante in every way, at work or at home.
I find that the course give us enough tools to deal with conflicts. As they say not only problem solving but learning and putting into practice the best way to sorteo out any conflict. Thank you.
Conflict resolution
It's very good and useful. To learn problem solving. Open thinking and making sure that you understand what they are saying by repiting it back to them. Compromising , a good body language it's a very good way to make people at easy and good common ground it's the best way to start taking with someone. It's very prácticas course. Thank you.

How to get on with people in work
The workplace is a diverse collection of people from all sorts of socio-economic backgrounds and cultures. This means we may not work in the same way or with the same awareness towards our colleages, often leading to differences of opinions, falling out, or worse, one of our colleagues leaving due to unresolved conflicts. This course gives instruction, hints and tips for dealing with conflict and finding resolution to it. Great course with visual illustrations as well as easy to understand verbalisation.
