It would have been beneficial to see situations portrayed in different working environments. Everything shown was office based and more easily dealt with around a table. Not representative of many workplaces.
Clear and concise.
I found this course really useful. Some of the techniques I knew about and have used previously, but a reminder is always good. Some of the techniques were new to me and it was good to learn and take on board new ideas. I found the presenter clear and concise, which I appreciated. I am undergoing a church leadership course at the moment and this course supplements this very well.
Helpful
The course was presented in an easy to understand way and gave me the option to use subtitles as I could not get the sound to work. It didn't take too long so held my attention and, despite knowing a fair amount of information regarding this already, I still felt I learned something.
Clear and well presented
Once I got my bearings I quite enjoyed working my way through the sections. It was helpful to have the main points summed up for each slide.

I could not get the sound to work
It was well thought out and in easy to follow chunks. Shame about the pixilation and no sound.
