enjoyed the training it would be good to have a full transcript of the course after doing the test to read and reflect on after the training . It feels as if you listen and do the test but do not have naything to reflect back on or read at a later date . I think it would be useful to have the full transcript as a resource after training . Thank you very much

Gives you an insight on how you can resolve an issue of conflict by identifying the issue whether it's at work or personal at home.

These types of learning tools can be useful in all sorts of situations. Good conflict resolution in particular, can be the difference to either making progress, or stumbling at the very first hurdle!
