I found the course very interesting
The idea of conflict management is quite important in the current working environment, but it can also be applied to a person's personal life.
Comprehensive and helpful. Minor issues.
I found the information conveyed to be useful. There was discussion of fidgeting around active listening, it should be advised that there are some disabilities which cause people to do this involuntarily. Conflict resolution must also include reasonable adjustments under the equalities act, which should involve understanding why people may behave outside of expectations on minor points like this. Relying on disabled people explaining imposes an additional unnecessary burden.
Very informative and well structured
The course equipped me with different perspectives on what is considered a conflict, how to manage and resolve them. I'm excited to apply this new found knowledge in practice, aiming to enhance my problem-solving skills and nurture stronger working relationships. The scenarios helped to visualise the concepts the videos were talking about and it was engaging. Overall, the course was interactive, and I highly recommend it to anyone currently employed or seeking employment
A good training course

Consider neuorodiversity in the training
I noticed that making eye contact was noted as a good thing in conflict resolution but this can be incredibly difficult for someone who is neurodiverse as eye contact can be a difficult thing to do.
Wonderful eye opener
I really enjoyed taking part. It allowed me to recognise how conflict can escalate at work and currently within my home. The only fault I had was the test component. when I selected the answer it did not allow me to change it. It automatically reviewed my answer. I this the short video clips were perfect for my concentration span. also allowed my break down the course into the correct segments. Thank You.
Awesome
Generally,I learnt conflicts are natural occurances at workplace. When they do occur at workplace, there should be an open communication among the parties involved.Individuals would freely express their grievances without being scared. There are some few steps you could also put to practice in conflict resolution, Identify, understand,Brainstorm,Agree, document and monitoring.
Thought provoking
Putting this in a construction industry setting it will be very useful
Sound principles but idealised
Good overall content. Clearly explained. Idealised scenarios and failed to recognise that many people find non verbal communication such as eye contact, smiling difficult and that diversity should embraces many different styles of appearance / cultural expression. Worked in many different roles where there is no flexibility in role & lack of managerial support or willingness to communicate on issues arising.
interesting
Useful, have needed to use this
