Really enjoyed this course. As a lifitng/H&S man I hit a lot of wall and this gave me ways to constructively deal with situations By coming to a mutually beneficial agreement. A lot of it I already do but still really good course.

It was well explained, nice aftermaths on each paragraph. I liked that I can take my time with each question.
