I really enjoyed this course

excellent course but the sound was a little off putting if I may be honest, it sounded like course tutor was outside in a garden with back ground noise. For someone like myself with sensitive hearing this was a cause for concern, as this sometimes is a trigger for my anxiety thankyou for listening Liz :)

Clear and easy to understand

This course summarised clearly, helpful steps in resolving conflict or disagreement in various situations, such as the workplace, personal reationships and general communication. Reducing stress in our communications is good for our health and general well-being. I just happen to be reading Kate Murphy's book, You're Not Listening, which is also an aid to improving our communications and conversations.

the course was simple to understand but there was a lot of videos to understand and a lot of information to take in

Not relevant to my needs.

The course seemed to address conflict between colleagues whereas the type of conflict I come across more often relates to people outside the organisation. I didn't feel that a learnt anything from the course.

Very educational and simple to follow.

The conflict resolution training was extremely informative, and I liked how you learnt a new thing in each section of the training, but they all intertwine. It's great for visual and aural learners and the test questions weren't worded difficultly.

Good training

It was a good training, right duration and useful content. Some of the forms provided as part of the training didn't seem to be immediately useful (in my view)
