Wide-ranging, clear language, real-life.

Mini-lists of useful tools appreciated; I downloaded and saved some of them. It would be useful to have a case-based test of my application of the principles discussed. It would be useful to know whether our 'senior manager's have taken/are going to take this/other related courses. If the latter, I'd like to attend too! These topics would be great for group workshops and discussion groups at a faculty/staff conference.

Clear and direct

From someone who has a learning difficulties this was one of the best ways iv seen training delivered , photos , sounds , words on the screen and someone talking instead of having just to read a long power point.

Identify, Understand and Brainstorm

I think the area of Identity and understanding is individual and somewhat different to each individual, however with an agreement documented and monitored it should work
