When I went to this I thought they will actually guarantee me a interview at the civi Service but it was more focused on costumer services booklets .

It was precise and clear. I've seen friends in this situation and doing this course had me reflecting back. I was an outsider looking on and everything in this course I can relate it back to then. Great.
