I think the area of Identity and understanding is individual and somewhat different to each individual, however with an agreement documented and monitored it should work

The Conflict Resolution Training helps with skills and techniques to diffuse tense situations. This is a must in any working environment to prevent damaged relationships and / or ineffective workplace behaviours.
