Could be good course
The course was potentially slightly low level for IT Infrastructure staff, but looks to be at a decent level for staff who are unfamiliar with IT security practices and will encourage them to think before doing anything , particularly opening e-mails and/or clicking links, etc
I FOUND IT INFORMATIVE AS ALWAYS

Excellent course
Excellent course content. Clear and precise.
Brisk and purposeful
I have done many similar statutory training courses in my teaching career and this does stand out as one of the best. The pace was brisk and purposeful and told you what you needed to know rather than over complicating it or pitching it too simply. The questions were well-constructed and tested things you need to know to be effective in your job, rather than random facts. It was intelligent and time-efficient and I was highly impressed!
Clear and informative
I enjoyed how the presenter shared the bite-sized information concisely. This course has definitely raised my awareness about the importance of creating strong passwords and security breaches (I immediately reported my outlook slow loading issue to my organisation IT team as I might have clicked on an unsubscribe link from a junk email recently).
Enjoyed taking it
Don’t think it could be any better
