basic, was a good refresher hopefully most would have the sense not to open anything in the least suspicious and report to their manager any personal error which could attract Malware

The trainer spoke clearly and professionally and I think that having someone speaking makes it more interesting than just reading it through. Also it's easy to flick through the pages and access the test and the test certificate 🙂
