The trainer spoke clearly and professionally and I think that having someone speaking makes it more interesting than just reading it through. Also it's easy to flick through the pages and access the test and the test certificate 🙂

Straight forward content.
While the content of the course should be common sense, the fact that a majority of issues are caused by human error, there is obviously a need. It's never a bad thing to reiterate the need to be aware.

Again spelt indefinite article 'AY' when the weak pronunciation is the normal one. Grammar error: 'an unusual amount of exclamation marks' correct: 'an unusual NUMBER of exclamation marks.
