It doesn't mention impersonation
Fraud can occur where a senior person within an organisation is impersonated on the phone. This usually also has a follow-up e-mail that may look suspect but the person on the phone says is OK. Once trust is established by the fraudster all kinds of things can go wrong. Many companies stress that senior managers are unlikely to call you to do something unusual and that it's OK to check with another manager before complying – that won't get you into trouble.
