In light of several bogus emails that look like they were sent from a colleague this was a useful reminder to check the recipient's email address and to not click on any links.
Was explained in very simple terms

A good reminder of the issues
Brought the main subject areas out well and gave sound suggestions. It did feel a trifle longer than necessary though this is probably a result of the scope covered so in all it was a worthwhile 37minutes
