Clear presentation, easy to follow , well structured. Good graphics which helps you to retain the information. Use of videos is a helpful tool.

The course contained a lot of information but delivered it in an easy to understand form. The graphics and scenarios expressed the dangers whilst giving a realistic picture of how the threats could affect us all. The presenter delivered everything clearly and confidently. The additional information helped with wider reading on the subject.

Unambitious – but that's not the fault of the course, I suppose. I learned nothing I didn't already know; and the testing (as with every online course of this nature that I have ever taken) is a joke: anyone with half an ounce of common sense could score 100% whether or not (s)he had taken the course. What is really annoying is that one is obliged to waste so much time. A transcript is provided – which is great; but then the advantage that that should offer to the user – that one can read at one's own speed, and not be tied to the lecturer's pace of delivery – is nullified by the fact that one has to wait for the video in each section to finish before one can move on.

Clear information, broken into easy to understand sections. Reminds us that Information Security is everyone's responsibility and the potential consequences of what could happen if we don't remember this.

The course is easy to follow and the visuals help keep things interesting and easy to remember. It covers all the necessary aspects with regards to cyber security awareness. overall a very well rounded course and test.

Very clear. Made me think about the issue and helped with how to devise a strong password.
