Good overview leaving no stone unturned
I thought I knew it all, having a mum who is deaf, and having witnessed discrimination in the workplace a couple of times, but the course reminded me that how we describe a disability, can have an impact on people. I pledge to always speak up to ensure our organisation is inclusive, no matter how uncomfortable that might feel at the time.
excellent and thought provoking
everyone should access this course-it enables you to consider aspects of disability awareness and inclusion that you may not have been aware of, or considered previously-this is such an important agenda for us all to deal with correctly
Very interesting
Loved meeting the actors at the end of the session
Good I fully understand both concepts.
With or without disability we should be comfortable amongst ourselves.
Very informative, not too antagonistic.
Great simple course. Most in common sense, but still essential learning for staff. The actors are great also, very genuine, real examples!
Very Educating
The awareness created by this training is very much needed and appreciated.
