Facile, irritating and patronising

I suppose if you had never heard of the concept of disability or disability awareness this might have some value, but for anyone who hasn't been castaway on a desert island since 1950, this was all pretty obvious. It wasn't so much training as a succession of platitudes, delivered in such irritating tones that I turned the audio off and restricted myself to reading the transcripts. All I have learned is that my organisation has wasted their money on this utterly facile training.

very comprehensive

The course had a lot of content and was quite long. There were a lot of practical examples and it was good to hear the experiences of the volunteers at the end of the course. It would have been helpful when speaking about the Equality Act to date this Act as there have been many versions
