Opens new ways of thinking

Unless you've had to think about this kind of thing in the past (either as a person with a disability or as an employer), the issues here may be very far "below the horizon". This course does a good job of making you think about those issues. I like the use of actors who are people with a range of genuine disabilities – this is an example of the visual presentation being much more powerful than just the text.

good clear presentation until…

All good until right near the end the woman talks about bringing change in the workplace from the bottom to the top which sounds pretty discriminatory in itself.
