Great presenters, good tone and explanations clear and concise. Demonstrations good to indicate exercises and desk posture correctly.

Good overview
Good overview and subject very pertinent at the moment with enforced home working. The course itself – clicking next and then having to click 'play' was a little annoying. Once 'click' per action would be preferable.
Always a useful reminder
Could be a lot shorter – sit straight and take breaks (done!), gets a little repetitive after a while.
