clear and straight forward

This is the best DSE course I have taken over the many years of working. Its straightforward, easy to watch, or read the transcript, and relevant. The navigation is simple and easy to return to the full programme overview to dive back into a topic. The questions in the test check your knowledge of key useful information rather than trying to catch you out. I have saved off links to some of the stretching resources.

It was good to have this in sections to enable you to complete work tasks in between with no pressure of a time limit. Some sections seemed pointlessly short and others very long so would prefer is they were of similar lengths. The video demonstrations were great!

A lot of this training did not apply to my role. Nonetheless it was thought provoking and useful. I especially liked the stretches and tips around breaks.

This course was helpful to revisit, especially as now working from home. It made me reconsider my posture and I am now using my laptop on a stand, with the keyboard and mouse in front, which has made a huge difference. Thank you!
