Good reminder
This course was a good reminder to look after yourself ,especially now as I spend a good 90% of My school day sat in front of a screen in the classroom.

I think this type of training could be done in at least half the time, as it is at many other universities. Also, some sections can be made optional (e.g. pregnancy).
