Quite straightforward

I found it interesting and I didn't realise that I could ask my manager to contribute towards my eye tests. My eyesight has declined since working on a laptop all day. The slides were informative and easy enough to follow

Informative and thorough

The course covered everything reletive to the modern way of working at desks

Clear, concise and practical.

Unengaging and too long, with poor test.

Have done a number of these down the years. This was unnecessarily long, monotonous and lost my full attention early on. An hour straight is too long. I've cut and pasted the summary text from each screen for later review because, frankly, I've forgotten it already. I really shouldn't have been able to pass with 90%: the test questions were very obvious. And the male presenter was annoying. Urgently needs a haircut.

Very easy to follow and clear

Surprisingly engaging and useful.

Tone and style pitched just right, not too cheesy, not too officious. Very clear visuals with some nice effects but no gimmicks. Could have done with an older fatter model to demonstrate good and bad postures and movements as well as the young slim ones! Actually doing the stretches was helpful and convincing to a cynic. Made me think about what I've been putting up with while working from home and what I need to change.

Very good

Good explanations of equipment usage. Videos were good and informative.

Beneficial & useful

It made be think about my work station set up as I am currently working from home. I realised that I will need to make further adjustments if I were to continuously work from home in the future.

Excellent advice

I don’t use a computer regularly in my job and use a tablet much more often so it’s good to have a reminder that I still need to take care even with a tablet
