I found the DSE Training video to be very clear and extremely well presented. It covered areas of DSE that I was familiar with and others that were new to me. It was easy to watch in bite sized clips and the test at the end wasn't too onerous, nor were the questions phrased in such a way as to trip you up – what is the point in that?. Well done
Precise, concise and educational
A clear and well thought presentation. There is no bamboozling with tech talk, it is clear and straight forward. Having someone show actual working methods to support the narrative leaves no confusion or uncertainty. Although one may assume they are working correctly, this training provides helpful tips and guidance to act as a little angel on your shoulder, in a non patronizing way.
useful reminder of key points
V useful overview- all things we need to be reminded of often. Will sort out my workstation when I am back next term. I need a riser for my lap top for example. Thanks
