Clear but Could Be More Engaging
I’ve just completed the DSE training again this year. While it’s clear and informative, it’s exactly the same as last year. At 35 minutes, it could really benefit from a refresh — maybe some updated visuals or interactive elements to keep it engaging. For Neurodiverse individuals, especially those with ADHD, repeated and static content can make it harder to stay focused. A bit more variety or creativity would go a long way in making it feel less like a tick-box exercise and more like meaningful training.
Good content
Good to have a reminder on keeping good posture etc when using display equipment all day
Does what it needs to do
Nothing wrong t=with the training. Shame that LBR main building does not meet any of the good practice mentioned.
Thorough and educative

Explained in great detail.
Easy to follow and understand.
DSE -Made Easy
Like this because it more interactive that ticking boxes on a sheet of paper. Made the job enjoyable not just a tick box exercise that has to be done, for H&S purposes.
