Self Explanatory

All the information was clearly explained and well presented.

easy to follow and relevant

Easy to follow and was necessary information regarding my job role.

Good, concise and relevent

The course was relevant to the topic and did not stray from the points it was illustrating

Keeps your progress and is bite size.

The sections are small enough to be able to stop and start. The videos and what is being said is easier to recall, being able to go back and look again helps. The way it emails as a reminder is very good too as it's a non confrontational way for the the health and safety team get staff to do the training. Enjoyed it.

Ok, but 47 chapters = many mouseclicks

Many relevant points, that I will try to keep in mind. It is a bit hard to maintain all of the equipment positioning advice when working with a hot desk policy but I am in complete agreement with not sitting still for too long and the screen breaks.

good reminder and very helpful

Excellent

Dear Ihasco, DSE Training is excellent. Because of my language it is so pellucid to understand all assessment with video. i did not need any translate when i was learning and also testing was good. ~Thank you for your support and teaching Best Regards

Spell my name correctly please

Takes too long when I have covered all these points before, areas irrelevant like pregnancy and potable devices should be skipped over.

Content ok but a tedious experience

Content and presentation good but 30ish second items seem designed more for the attention span of a goldfish than a human. I got bored/frustrated with the constant stopping and starting – this actually increased my stress levels according to my watch! Much of the content could be delivered more quickly and effectively in a page or two of written guidance. The videos were good to demonstrate techniques – more of that would be useful using this media.
