Informative and a good reminder to keep moving.

It covers all aspects of a DSE with visual aids making the trainee of areas they may not have been aware are related to the subject.
The delivery is quite patronising
It would be better if the whole video played without splitting it into 47 parts (more time consuming and also not great having to constantly keep my hand on the mouse to click on "next" to go to the next section.
