Unnecessary for me
Interesting course, but not relevant for me in Learning Support. I will remember posture tips though.
Easy to understand
I did complete the ihasco courses two years ago and they were not as well presented, easy to watch and understand. The old ones felt more like I was being spoken at, rather then spoken too. Much easier to watch now – thank you.
Clear and informative
Clear, well-described and visually interesting. Useful tips for good computer health.
Straight forward and easy to follow
General information wrapped up in an interesting presentation. I especially like the exercises that have been suggested to alleviate stress and tension – it would be good to be able to download a reminder card of these.
Too much stating of the blinkin' obvious
Subject does not warrant a 28-minute,45 slide presentation.
Helpful
We should have had this training at the start of lockdown – then I might not have a trapped nerve from sitting at my computer for too long.
A very good course
This is a very good course as it was broken down into smaller easier chunks with questions as you went through. Working from home now due to the current COVUD outbreaks and its restrictions has made me realise that even though one is at home you still have to treat it as your permanent place of work, so all the guidelines are more than valid in this situation.
