Good content and relevant
The content is very relevant to DSE users. Well presented, with great tips and suggestions to prevent and relieve DSE use related stress and health problems.
Gave some useful advice.
Some of the content was rather simple but worthwhile doing. I will try to remember the main points.
challenging when dyslexic
I have a headache! Not good when you are dyslexic having to read everything you should be able to do it paper based.
