The training programme is an eye openner to the reason why i experience back pain after using the Computer and other DSE

Very interesting and informative

Course was good information, well laid out. good video and narration. A bit long , to carve out 30 min in a busy day for people who are not 100% at a desk all day ( production ).

Easy to understand, clear and straight forward

Good course but needs to have a skip button so I can skip sections that don't apply to me – eg: standing desks and pregnancy. I don't think you can forward to the next slide while these sections are playing.
