Content OK, navigating video terrible
The DSE course content is OK and delivered well by the two actors but contains a lot of repetitions. There are (too) many short videos, and having to perform two actions to commence the following video is time-consuming, increasingly irritating and ultimately adds to mouse-related muscle strain (!). Not being able to skip sections that are irrelevant (pregnancy, laptop) is far from ideal also. The quiz is extremely simple and not reflective of the breadth of the course content. The following suggestions might be worth considering: Tighten up the course content. Offer the option for people to only read the transcript of the course content rather than having to watch the slowly paced and awkwardly to navigate videos. Alternatively, offer the option to enable autoplay so that the videos in each of the 4 sections are played after each other, without the course participant having to constantly click to progress. Imp
Engaging, interactive and practical
A great improvement on our previous DSE training, this was interactive and engaging and explained the point of everything very clearly.
Concise and Effective
Loved the demonstrations – made a very dry subject interesting.
It seems a little out dated
This course looks like it's a few years old. It needs updating around the desk phone and to highlight the impact of the use of online conference tools like teams.
Relevant information, explained clearly

good pace, useful advice
A good DSE training with a limited use of acronyms and many tips and advice. Easy to navigate into the different sections.
Very engaging
Very easy to follow with it's subgrouping. Easy to follow and manage. Good visuals and audio.
Easy to follow, good content
As I have back problems I found the course content of real value, the various tips and exercises can be revisited from time to time to reinforce DSE good practise.
