Informative, but too easy to pass

It is very informative and gives good guidelines as well as actual exercises to help your body. Sadly the "test" is too easy, with choices being either irrelevant to the question being asked or explained more thoroughly than other wrong answers which makes it too obvious. Some combine both where the answer is almost as long as a summary of one of the videos and the other option is short and irrelevant to the question…

Very Educational

Done a few of these over the years and this was by far the most complete covering all aspects of using DSE.

Good for a recap

The course is good for a recap on what we should be doing/not doing, and to remind us to check our posture and take breaks etc. Can all of these courses be programmed so you only need to press "enter" to flick through the pages. At the moment you need to click on two different icons which takes up a lot of extra time.

Clear, easy to follow.

Clear, bite sized chunks. The whole thing + test was of too long duration for me. I would have preferred to do in two parts. Maybe I could have? I was not sure if there was a timer running and I had to do it in one go.

Its easy to slip into bad habits

So having the reminders is very useful.

Most of this course is common sense however there are a few areas which are quite interesting. The repeat frequency of most of these courses is too short, would be better if it could be once every two years or so

Great to remind about posture.

A good course and taking regular breaks is essential. To remind us all about the way we sit at the computer and how to avoid eye strain.
