Covers all the basics

Good overview of important DSE aspects. Just a couple of critical notes. A little strange that the lady presenting it has quite a marked left shift of her head and neck. The gentleman's sitting posture shows his hips and thighs to be level, but the superimposed line presents them as if they are slightly higher.

Quite interesting and useful

There were perhaps too many videos but overall good.

boring

This course is very slow paced and repetitive. Could be massively cut down to reduce boredom while watching. Information is constantly repeated from start to finish making this course boring and wishing it would end. Overall there is good information in regards to posture and reducing stress within the body

Easy and clear to follow

Good, clear and concise

Really useful and helpful to be mindful of minimising possible strains on a daily basis

Excellent content, all relevant

Out of touch, poor advice, very ambiguou

Dated old fashioned questions with poor advise in the DSE as well as very ambiguous questions. Why this hits my desk annually is more tedious than cleaning a cat litter tray after a full week of use. The term "no shit sherlock" must have been made for this but then I'm moving onto health and safety next and it will probably take the crown

very educational and i learned a lot.
