Too much stating of the blinkin' obvious
Subject does not warrant a 28-minute,45 slide presentation.
Helpful
We should have had this training at the start of lockdown – then I might not have a trapped nerve from sitting at my computer for too long.
A very good course
This is a very good course as it was broken down into smaller easier chunks with questions as you went through. Working from home now due to the current COVUD outbreaks and its restrictions has made me realise that even though one is at home you still have to treat it as your permanent place of work, so all the guidelines are more than valid in this situation.
A very good course

The course is very informative
The style of presentation makes it easy to follow and to engage with. The information is clearly set out with opportunity to revise the essential points. The quick test at the end is a useful way to conclude giving another opportunity to revise the content.
Excellent
Great short videos. Informative and keeps you engaged.
Easy to follow, short and concise videos
I have ADHD, so the shortness of each clip, whilst showing all necessary information made the training programme easy to follow
Worth the time spent
While some of the points were obvious some were not. The course will result in some alterations to my home workstation but there is a slight conflict in that I use a laptop and a large screen which cannot be set at the same height.
Bearable
Posture is important to one's health – this hit's all the right points.
too many short videos
