Too long. Too many delays waiting for video to load and most annoyingly calling an answer as incorrect then the same answer to same question correct. This course was a waste of my time

Too many videos that couid have been shown in one video Very tedious having to press next every minute
Comprehensive, informative, accessible
A great training course on DSE that suggested ways to healthily use my equipment and take care of my body that I'd never thought of before. I will definitely be implementing more breaks to rest my eyes and stretch my body. The material was easy to understand and the videos were of an excellent standard.
