To the point
I enjoyed this training more than the others, as the subtitles made it easier, I was completing training between calls so didn't have the sound. The training was to the point and I feel more knowledgeable on the subject, I learned a lot I haven't before, only improvements would be slightly more interactive and I felt a lot of it was already covered in the Health and safety training, but this module was delivered more efficiently

Really useful short course. Easy to access and use. Very clear and visually interesting. I appreciated the ability to pause and pick up the course – and the timely reminder that I needed to finish it. Some good practical and occasional thought provoking advice.

This essential course was well written and very well presented. A very valuable resource for everyone that uses a PC, Laptop or any other portable device. It is especially important at a time when the Surface Pro range of machines are being pushed out.
