Very good
Very informative and good to know when working remotely on computer for a long period of time
Didnt tell me anything new
Its the same old course but by video so its blocky and jumpy and harder to follow

A good course
A useful reminder of DSE presented in a relaxing way
Easy to complete when it works.
The training I did was easy to complete and informative, although a lot didn't work so I have referred this to our IT dept. Apparently the browser doesn't support the application.
It had reminders spaced between topics
It was clear and concise. It covered a large number of sections pertinent to safely using devices from: how to relax and de-stress your body; to cleaning equipment; to setting up your physical work station; to understanding your rights as an employee and correct body posture. Very informative.
