Clear and easy to follow, helpful hints.

Useful reminder about what you can do to help yourself when using DSE for long periods. However some tips still harder to implement when not in office environment

good

makes you think about your posture. And equipment.

Primarily for desk bound staff

Very clearly presented and informative. The stretches were really good and I shall adopt these into my daily practice.

Found the exercises helpful.

Great course, it covered some areas which I did not expect e.g. portable devices and it was good to include the exercises and workstation assessment.

good refresher

I recommend this training

Good overall

Maybe a little long

very clear and engaging

Easy to understand and implement, well explained and demonstrated

Useful course well worth considering

Really informative, highlights how easy it is to get into bad habits, the video is very informative and clearly shows the correct measures to combat poor posture, work station layout and personal protection from tiredness and stress.

common sense

a lot of this was common sense. It isn't always relevant in the environment where we work. A lot of repetition

Covered areas I had not thought of.

Monotonous short clip delivery but the information was useful and relevant. Some unrealistic ideas about how much space we have at our work stations, and the pace teachers work at: stopping work to report a screen flicker and not resuming work until it's fixed is not how it works for a pastoral lead.
