Too long
Far too long. The same information could have been delivered effectively in a third of the time.
Not too long. Some useful tips.
Overall good. I have undertaken DSE training in previous jobs so had a fairly good understanding of the principles, however course was a good refresher plus there were one or two new tips that I wasn't previously aware of. On the downside I found the male presenter insufferably smug and his teeth were frighteningly white.

Very good and informative quality information . I like they way explains everything about your way to correctly use of electronic devices to avoid health problems.
