I really like the exercises and having someone demonstrate how to set up a workstation and sit and do the exercises is excellent.

Great course, good information.
30 minute course on DSE training, clear, up to date information, easy to navigate and multiple choice test at the end. Ideal for all office and home workers. Thoroughly recommend.

Unfortunately I have done so many of these that it would have been great if you had an option to do the test straight away.
