clean, professional and sharp

The training was a good reminder of taking regular breaks (the 20 20 20 rule), it also was a reminder that phone break is just as important as screen break, and lastly the importance of good posture. Thoroughly enjoyed the training. I'm not perfect passed the course the a mark of 95%.
