Good advice – I learned some new information
Having been a DSE user for over 20 years, I thought I knew everything, however I learned a lot in this course, from reducing eye strain with the 20-20-20 rule and stretches and good posture. Definitely a good use of my time spent doing this training.

Easy to follow, and to allow you make all the necessary adjustments / requirements to improve posture and relaxing of eye muscles.

A straightforward but informative set of slides and videos, with some interaction inbetween, kept me engaged with the training.
A reminder on the use of display equipment is always good. One often forgets about the effects of misuse and bad habits.
