Good and insightful.
Talks one through the start up and continuing working from home scenarios. Helps you think about scheduling and time management, including break time and rest times. Helps with coping with distractions, both recurring and one offs. Helps with prioritising urgent, important and other kinds of tasks. All around working from home course, which will help with the feeling of being isolated and lonely.
