Thorough and useful.
A very good overview of health and safety concerns related to electrical hazards. Course information was in-depth without being overwhelming, but perhaps some definitions of electrical types would be useful for those without an electrical background.

i feel the technique of shuffling away from a car that is contacting a powerline is not one that can successfully be performed without first practicing it. (great video though)
