The information within this seems to be out of date. Putting milk on a burn is out of date. Nice guidelines state cool water up to 30 minutes to prevent further burns. Also, another question regarding a wound which is bandaged and the blood is 'striking through', the course recommends taking the bandage off. This is incorrect. I just completed a first aid refresher training that was conducted through a video presentation, and I found it to be highly informative and engaging.
