Really useful
Excellent, clear and concise refresher on first aid training. Could be improved by more interaction to check and reinforce understanding.
Informative and very helpful refresher
I found this refresher course informative and helpful and I now feel confident I would be able to assist in an emergency situation. It is good to have regular refresher courses as it provides an opportunity to ensure one is up to date with the latest information.
better to do this training in person
I would prefer to do the training in person as it involves saving lives and mush better to practice on a dummy than online, also you remember more if in person/practice on a dummy

Informative, a lot of useful tips given
Each slide was detailed but not overly complicated. The steps given were easy to follow and easy to recall. A good presentation which I would highly recommend.
very clear delivery and informative
I have attended First Aid courses over many years from the early 2000s to the present. I do not feel confident to do CPR and make a sling without real life experience which you only get in a room with a trainer. There is no substitute for experiential learning which online courses cannot provide
