I found the course easy to understand with good use of both verbal and visual instruction. The presenters were very clear and concise in their presentations and kept it informative throughout the course.
Really good as a refresher
Really good as a refresher, however, if this was my first time doing first aid, I don't feel that i would be confident in delivering some of the more serious elements of treatment.
