It was easy enough to follow.
I do not have any previous First Aid experience. The course was merely to support my role as a voluntary worker where I am coming into contact with hospital patients and others of a vulnerable nature. I would be far happier to have practical training before attempting to apply bandages etc. As a result I needed to take notes throughout as I didn't have any previous knowledge to call upon.

I would prefer to do this training in a class face to face. Especially now that most of the covid-19 restrictions are over, and people now can meat in large groups.

Good, informative refresher
Having done the refresher practical training a few years ago this was a good refresher course to do. Particularly regarding CPR.
